Leadership within the Vineyard is viewed through the lens of servanthood. Our leaders sacrificially influence our community to be more like Jesus, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our Lead Pastors, Luke & Dawn Geraty, serve alongside an amazing group of staff and volunteers known as our Leadership Team.
Providing oversight and accountability, our Board of Trustees guide and ensure mission congruency.

Luke Geraty
Co-Lead Pastor
Luke Geraty is a pastor-theologian in northern California. With a few theology degrees and nearly twenty years of pastoral leadership, Luke loves the Bible, theology, fly fishing, coffee, and books. But most of all, he loves his wife and five kids. You can follow him on Twitter, Instagram, and subscribe to his YouTube.
Dawn Geraty
Co-Lead Pastor
Born and raised in Michigan, Dawn is full of kindness and always has a listening ear. When she isn’t going on walks with people from the Vineyard, she’s probably with her dogs or spending time with her family.
Carissa Emigh
Kid's Director
Carissa is married to Derrick and together they have two beautiful kids. She cares about all people meeting Jesus and especially loves to see kids experience God.
Mel Wilson
Music Director
Mel LOVES Jesus and is passionate about pursuing the Spirit’s presence and power in worship. Married to Sean, they have three sons. She loves tacos but also can’t eat tortillas (gluten free is a thing).
Terry Rapley
Community Life
Possibly one of the most excited-for-Jesus people you will ever meet, Terry oversees our small groups ministries and is focused on helping people grow closer to God and to each other!

Spiritual Formation
Our resident photographer, Sean can fix just about anything. He and his wife Linsey have four kids and stay busy trying to drive their kids all over Red Bluff.
